As the easiest rock to access with multi-pitch routes in Sequoia National Park, Moro Rock is the most climbed formation in both Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park. Standout routes here are; ‘South Face’ and ‘Pennies on the Patio’, with other quality routes on the east face and west face. Park at the established parking lot for Moro Rock and hike from there. To reach the west face routes, scramble down through trees beginning behind the parking lot toilets, or Rappel from the top of ‘Off Ramp’ and over left to reach the other west face routes.
