The Arkansas River is one of the best rivers to paddle in the state and probably the most crowded. Milk Run starts out with exciting rapids that you can play and surf on. About one mile after putting in there is an old dam that is tricky but doable on the right. It is a class III. That is the most technical obstacle with the rest of the river being class II.
