This is a high-altitude route that travels along a section of the Colorado Trail through the San Juan National Forest. It begins on a dirt road and passes by a small lake and then begins on the Colorado Trail for singletrack riding. There is some exposed rock and technical climbing up to high elevations. The highlight is reaching Blackhawk Pass and then the thrilling descent into Hotel Draw.
