Located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, Chapman Reservoir offers a variety of sites. It is a beautiful setting that is surrounded by a thick forest of lodgepole pines with some sites right along the Fryingpan River. 84 sites are available for tent or trailer camping with a group campsite also. Each site contains a picnic table and campfire ring. Vault toilets, drinking water, a horseshoe pit, volleyball court, trash and recycling is provided onsite. Hookups are not available for trailers. Fishing and viewing wildlife are favorite past times of campers. The nightly rate is $23 for a standard site and the group site is $187.
