Vail Pass to Red Cliff follows the Shrine Pass Road as it descends through spruce/fir forests. There are excellent views of the Mount of The Holy Cross. The road intersects and heads into Turkey Creek and passes by an old miner's camp. Be sure to arrange for shuttle rides as this is a one way route.
