This paved trail follows the coastline past some of Maui's biggest resorts. You'll pass native plant gardens and hawaiian archaelogical sties. During the winter months, look for migrating humpback whales off shore. The beach parking lot where the trail begins is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Just before sunset, you can catch free live Hawaiian music and dance performances at the resorts.
