If you are looking for distance and challenge to train, this is the trail for you. You can make it one way, which that is how it is mapped here or you can do it as out and back. Going through wooded patches and farmland, the miles will go fast. In the fall, enjoy the colors of the wooded areas. With some hills to climb, this is only a stretch of a trail that goes through multiple states.
