The maximum depth of these ponds is only about 20 feet, but there is plenty of surface area to hep make up for that. To access the ponds, one must first paddle a short ways along Bog Stream. The stream can be accessed by a ramp that's off the side of the road, but first check the current to be sure it's not too fast to paddle against. Power boats also access the ponds via this stream so be cautious. Take note that parking is very limited along the roadway.
