The Les Cheneaux Islands is an area of small islands and protected bays located on Lake Huron that provide paddlers of all skill levels a wide array of paddling options. The launch site from Cedarville provides good, central access to protected bays and channels ideal for beginner paddlers. Much of the shoreline along the way is private land with boat houses and cottages. There are multiple companies that offer guided tours and boat rentals in the area.
