The trails on the Northwoods Ski Tour offer excellent samples of the North Shore beauty. The trail near Beaver River is narrow but well maintained. The path explores the beautifully rugged forests of the area and presents several opportunities to view wildlife in the area. Wildlife that may be seen include moose, deer, eagles and maybe wolves. Be apprised that you are advised to sign in at the register before you head out on your trip.
