The Giants Ridge Ramble road biking adventure features forested highland ridges that meet some meadows and lakes; this presents some interesting and beautiful characteristics of the land. The route runs through a beautiful prairie region in Cook County, where the trail circles several lakes. There is exceptional scenery on this ride, particularly near the states "star of the North" city and along the forested ridges of the Mesabi Range. Be apprised that while all the roads are low traffic there may be fast traffic along Highway 135.
