Pelican Lake sits in the rural landscapes of central Minnesota. Visit Gooseberry Island to have lunch and explore. This is an excellent fishing lake with a variety of different fish species including Walleye, Northern Pike, Golden Shiner, several different Bass species, White Sucker, Bluegill, Crappie and Perch. Over half the lake is only 15 feet deep, which contributes to the good fishing conditions.
