This stretch of the Siletz River is perfect for beginners, as there are mostly Class I waters with a few easy Class II rapids. Starting at Moonshine Park, paddlers can run the river to Twin Bridges Park or further if they'd like, as the waters are a Class I from Twin Bridges to the Pacific Ocean. Brush lines the river with occasional islands to maneuver around.
