Beginning at Canal Park in Allentown and following the Lehigh River until it joins the Delaware River in Easton, this route is very calm and with a lot of industry and development along the shores. There is a section with a dam that will need to be portaged around. There are also various islands along the river where strainers may be present. Class I and and few Class II rapids are throughout the route.
