This route starts at the Palmer Creek Trailhead located south of the Willow Creek Trail and on Palmer Creek Road. The route travels through the dense forest and passes through gulches as you'll climb gradually up to the summit of Harney Peak. This is just one of the ways to travel up to the summit as there are many other trail networks in the area.
