Nestled among the Great Smokeys, Douglas Lake was created by the impoundment of the French Broad River. It is close to 40 miles in length and surrounded by mountains and rolling hills. A variety of activities are enjoyed such as boating, fishing, birdwatching, camping and swimming. Spring Creek is located in Jefferson County and is manage by the TWRA. The launch ramp is dirt/gravel and can accommodate boats up to 26ft. No facilities are available so come prepared.
