Whiskey Wall is in the indentation between Slain Buffalo and Shaman Wall at Pecos River Gorge in West Texas. Pesos River Gorge is not well documented, but has some great climbing with a great view. Be cautious as per the many signs asking you to be aware of your surroundings because of frequent illegal activity in the area due to it's proximity to the border. Whiskey Wall is just right of the half pipe. It contains several moderate to difficult routes with little information. An alternative approach to this wall is to rappel in from the top off the anchors at the left (north) end of the wall after parking at the top around the closed campground.
