Beautiful canyon hike. You run into some nice Anasazi ruins on the right side within the first half mile. You basically have to get all the way to the end of this route to see the arches. It takes most of a day to get out there and back. Or you could make it a multi-day trip. This would not make a great mountain biking trail because it's so sandy. As the description says, there are tons of stream crossings. You can always avoid wading in the water, but you frequently have to hike 40 ft up or down stream. But it's beautiful and quiet and well worth the time.
