Twin Peaks is the highest mountain that towers the skyline of Salt Lake. This is the most popular ascent beginning in Broads Fork. The first few miles follow a well-maintained trail to a beautiful meadow. Once you reach the meadow, aim for the saddle between Twin Peak and Sunrise Peak. Expect scrambling, exposed and rugged terrain. Views of Salt Lake Valley are outstanding. You will be among mountain goats so keep your eye out for them.
