This is a great ride through the cranberry bog country. Riding east from Warrens, you will pedal through miles of commercial and wild bogs in lowlands cradled by rugged hills. The character of the bogs changes with the seasons from an emerald green in summer to a rust brown in the fall. Warrens celebrates the harvest with an annual Cranberry Festival in the fall. During this time about 30,000 visitors overwhelm the tiny town. McMullin Park, just north of Warrens, is a beautiful spot offering camping, picnicking, and swimming in a small lake surrounded by an oak and pine forest.
