This route begins in Riverside Park at the Red Cedar trailhead and makes a circle tour around the Red Cedar Trail. You will travel the city streets past the Stout College Campus, visit several small towns overflowing with history, pass through lush green terrain, and pass the Devil’s Punch Bowl, a picturesque gorge that is an undisturbed Scientific Study Area. The terrain is rolling with a few climbs. For an 18-mile ride, turn right off of County Road Y onto County Road C until you reach the Red Cedar Trail. Follow the paved Red Cedar Trail back to the trailhead.
