This is a beautiful stroll along one of the finest trout streams in the state and leads to an island of pine surrounded by wetlands. You will walk through a beautiful cattail marsh along a floating boardwalk and through some mixed forest and flowing water before reaching the island. The island is populated almost entirely by towering pine with a few small oaks scattered along the edges. A loop trail through Pine Island allows you to explore its beauty and benches along the trail offer quiet rest as you enjoy the scenery and spot wildlife.
