Located inside Little River Canyon, this trail leads from the Cherokee County Road 275 descending down into the canyon leading right to the banks of Little River. From here travel upstream following the river banks until reaching Eberhard Trail which will lead you up a short but steep climb to the parking area/vista point from the top of the canyon walls. There is no designated trail as you hike up stream from the end of Powell trail to the beginning of Eberhart trail. Be advised that you may have to cross the river at a few points and make your way through large boulder fields, making for a great adventure hike. At certain parts of the year the river may be to high and flowing to fast to cross safely. At these times it is not advised to hike this section of the trail.

Driftwood Family Campground is a charming and family oriented campground located on Weiss Lake. They offer tent or trailer sites that are spacious with partial and full hookups provided. A dump station, playground, and boat launch is all located onsite for guest use. Visitors enjoy fishing, boating, swimming and relaxing.

Bay Springs Campground is located on Weiss Lake on 2 ½ acres in Northeast Alabama. It has a family friendly atmosphere with plenty of recreation to be found. Visitors enjoy fishing, swimming, or just relaxing. 17 sites are available for tent or trailer camping with hookups, and wifi provided. A bathouse, boat docks, guide service and motel is also onsite. They have perfect area that can also accommodate large groups.

Big Oak Campground is a quiet and peaceful campground on Guntersville Lake. There is plenty of shade with tent and trailer sites available. Electric and water hookups are provided as well as showers, a dump station, laundry facilities, a boat launch and camp store with basic essentials and fishing supplies. Visitors enjoy fishing, swimming and relaxing at the lake.
