Canal Zone is a popular crag just west of Golden in Clear Creek Canyon. It's a popular place to climb with easy access and being close to town. Watch out for rattlesnakes.

This crag is on the south side of US 6 on the west side of Tunnel 5 in Clear Creek. You can park in the parking lot on for the paved trail along the creek and this crag is directly over the creek. Left > Right Beer for Life, 5.11-, 1p, 85', bolts. Into the Black, 5.10+, 1p, 90', bolts. Fleas and Ticks, 5.9-, 1p, 100', bolts. Out of the Blue, 5.8+, 2p, 160', bolts. The Purrrfect Puppy, 5.7, 1p, 80', bolts. Stray Cat, 5.8, 1p, 80', bolts. >above Stray Cat or Purrrfect Puppy: Top Dawg, 5.10, 1p, 50', bolts.

Twin Owls is a pair of steep buttresses and one of the largest rock formations at Estes Park. It offers some classic challenging and off-width crack climbs.

Batman Rock is a huge dome that has a wide variety of high quality climbs. Beautiful knobs, cracks and patina edges make this one of the better areas at Lumpy Ridge.

The Bastille towers 300-ft above the road and is the cornerstone of Eldorado Canyon climbing. It is home to spectacular face climbing and offers some classics including the Bastille Crack. The North Face is steep and shaded offering several great routes. When climbing here plan on sharing the crag with many other passionate climbers.

There is a lot of loose rock, flexing flakes and descents off the top are exposed. When climbing here plan on sharing the crag with many other passionate climbers.

Fin City is a small crag on the eastern part of Lumpy Ridge. With just 6 routes, it is home to good crack climbing. All the routes are 50 ft. long.

This crag is known as having the best selection of trad routes in the canyon. Access is easy and Boulder Creek creates a nice setting. Castle Rock is home to the famous route “Athlete’s Feat” which was the hardest multi-pitch route in America in the early 60s. These routes are found along the South Face.

Located just 10 minutes from downtown Boulder this popular rock is a huge slab with several cracks and fun climbs. Expect crowds on the weekends. Access off the top is scrambling down the west or east side.

Located just below Batman Rocks’s South Face, Batman Pinnacle is the short stubby tower with a big south face. It is home to Lumpy’s easier climbs and has some classic routes.
